Prodyne - Made right next door to Jim Meltons JMC Racing manufacturing. This is the closest thing to a 26" JMC. Jim Melton is one of the nicest guy's in BMX that I met in the 80's. I spent at least an hour talking to him at the redline nationals in Amarillo Texas in 81'. Prodyne manufactured one of the most sought after cruiser bar and was featured on the BMXA Test Article on the Torker 26" Cruiser.

The Prodyne Cruiser was made by Larry Barker who owned Larrys Machine Shop a couple doors from KM Cyclery. He built some of the first JMC frame jigs and welded most of the early JMC frames. He was very influential in the frame designs and no wonder his frames closely resemble the JMC.
